Hi everyone,

Welcome to the section that can take you to Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley. Below are maps of both locations so you can find your way around and not get lost. After all, we would really hate to lose you wouldn't we.

On the map there are numbers by the buildings which correspond with the numbers below the map, where you will find the name of the store or other interesting location as well as a brief peice of information on the place. And if that store or location is currently up and running, the name of the store is the link to it. So just click on there and have a good time.

1 Dervish & Banges

Sells and repairs magical equiptment

2 Gladrags Wizardwear

A Clothier, where among other thing one can find odd socks. (A favorite of Dobby, one of the school house-elfs)

3 Hog's Head, The

A small inn on a side street off of main street. My suggestion would be to steer clear of the Hog's Head loves, it tends to draw a bit more, interesting patrons than the Three Broomsticks.

4 Hogsmeade Station

The station where students are dropped off by the Hogwart's Express.

5 Honeydukes Sweetshop

Candy store, where one can find not only a wide variety of sweets, but also homemade fudge and enormous blocks of chocolate.

6 Madam Puddifoot's

A small, cramped tea shop, with (ok, in all honesty) tacky looky frilly decor. It is filled with small circular tables, meant for no more than two. This is the usually place that student couples go for a tyrst or two. (Yes, we know about it, so have fun. Though personally, I'd take my tea and go to the Astronomy tower and conjure my own decorations. All right, that's it. WHO put truth serum in my hot chocolate! )

7 Ollivander's at Hogsmeade

The newest branch of Ollivander's since 382 B.C. If you want, stop by and just say hello. Dawn would probably love the company and offer you some chocolate. Though watch out, she does tend to have the oddest things flying about.

8 Post Office

Here you can send you letters anywhere in the world. About 300 owls, from tiny Scops for local deliveries to Giant Grays for much further distances are at your disposal, on color coded shelves depending on how fast you want your letter to arrive.

9 Scrivenshaft's Quill Shop

Shop where one can buy almost any kind of Quill.

10 Shrieking Shack, The

Reputed to be the most haunted house in Britain, the Shrieking Shack gets its name from the terrifying screams and noises heard coming from it some twenty years ago. The Shack has been silent for years, but the reputation lives on. The windows are completely boarded up. Outside the house is a dank, overgrown garden. The entrances are all sealed; so no one can get in, though that doesn't stop students from trying.

The Hogwarts ghosts avoid the place, saying that it's the home of a "rough crowd."

11 Three Broomsticks, The

A lovely spot to gather with friends, or dates ;) and have a butterbeer. They also serve gillywater, mulled mead, re currant rum, and even cherry syrup soda with ice and an umbrella. Make sure to say hello to Madam Rosmerta.

12 Zonkos

A favorite place for Hogwarts students. Zonko's carries jokes and tricks including Dungbombs, Hiccup Sweets, Frog Spawn Soap, and Nose-Biting Teacups.

1 Apothecary

Here you can find everything you need for potions, though do be careful, it does seem to have a foul odor to it.

2 Borgin & Burkes

3 Cauldron Shop

The shop where you can find every cauldron imaginable. Any size, any type. Self-stirring and collapsible even.

4 Eeylops Owl Emporium

A lovely shop, even if it is rather dark inside, where one can get either a Tawny, Screech, Barn, Brown, or Snowy owl.

5 Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor

Florean Fortescue runs this parlor where you can get any ice cream imaginable, anyway you want it. My suggestion chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate malt with hot fudge, fresh cream, nuts and a cherry. Can solve even the worse heartache.

6 Flourish And Botts

The wizarding book store where every book imaginable can be found. So go have a look. You might just find something that will help you with through even the most boring of classes ;)

7 Gringotts Wizarding Bank

A large white marble building, which isstaffed by Goblins, (so don't even think of trying to rob it if you know what's good for you). The main floor of offices is on street level, but the vaults are miles below, accessable by a magic cart.

8 Gambol & Japes Wizarding Joke Shop

Another of those lovely joke shops. Gambol & Japes specializes in a wide variety of tricks and practical joke items, along with the quite famous, here at Hogwarts, Dr. Filibuster's Fabulous Wet-Start, No-Heat Fireworks. Though please, if you do get some, don't set them off in the corridors, they're meant for outside loves.

9 Junk Shop

The store where one can trade in their slightly used magical equipment, and also aquire other 'slightly' used items.

10 Leaky Cauldron, The

A small, rather shabby looking inn to those looking at in in London, The Leaky Cauldron is the entrance to Diagon Alley. There are a number of rooms avaliable, just see Tom about it. You can't miss him, just look for the man missing a great deal of hair and teeth sad to say. But don't make any comments on it. He's a jolly fellow, friendly as can be. And the food is quite filling.

11 Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions

Ahh yes, Madam Malkin's. The only place that makes Hogwart's robes. She also makes robes for almost anything from everyday, to if you were to meet the Queen of Muggle England.

12 Magical Instruments

13 Magical Menagerie

A wonderful pet shop, where one can find a familiar of many different breeds. The Menagerie is much more of a friendlier environment that Eleyops, and one can find enormous purple toads, tortoises with jewel-encrusted shells, poisonous orange snails, rabbits that change into top hats, cats of every color, ravens, Puffskeins, and rats. You can also get advice and anything your familiar would need.

14 Ollivanders Maker Of Fine Wands

Yes, Ollivander's himself, the family of wand makers since 382 B.C. No where else will you find a better wand, well except perhaps Ollivander's at Hogsmeade, but they basically are one in the same so.... Another store where one has to watch for one's help, there is only a single chair, and thousands of narrow boxes are stacked up rather precariously or on shelves. But, it is worth the risk.

15 Quality Quidditch Supplies

Here you can find everything having to do with Quidditch. Though do be careful loves, there have been a few cases of people passing out from the heat when they stood staring at the window display for too long.

16 Second-Hand Robe Shop

Where one can buy robes for a bit less than they would cost at Madam Malkin's, or sell their own robes on consignment.

17 Siriusly Magick

A shop where you can find anything you need for Potions, as well as buy Potions already made. Have a visit and say hello to Abby, she'd love to see some of the students again.

18 Stationary Shop

Store where one can buy ink, quills, and parchment along with a few other things.

19 Weasley Wizards Wheezes

Of course everyone knows of the Weasley twins and their joke shop. Here you can bye Canary Creams, Ton-Tongue Toffee, Skiving Snackboxes, Nose Bleed Nougats, and many other of their well known items. Though please don't try to get out of class with them, we have had seven years to figure out the difference between a real illness and one induced by the twins' inventions ;)

All right Diagon Alley is up, as are the links to the three stores. Will work on getting more stores open soon. But for now I'm off to bed. Night loves.----Isa
